Mr. Ron Avrahami is a researcher in the NanoEngineering Group since 2004 specializing in the electrospinning of polymer nanofibers. In 1979 he received a B.Sc. majoring in geochemistry from Victoria Univ. of Wellington, N.Z. After working some years in the plastic and oil industries, he completed in 1992 a 3 year under-graduate course in nature and environmental studies at Telemark University College in Norway, where he subsequently worked as a research and teaching engineer for 2 years. He has been living in Israel since 1995 working in various posts, most importantly a technology start-up company, until joining the Group.
